Some UK conveyancing transactions require that your identity be confirmed to the Land Registry using a form called an ID1. The solicitors who are handling your conveyancing transaction may not be in a position to undertake that check for you.
If you make an appointment with me and bring your completed form, your passport, your proof of address and the passport photo that needs to be paper clipped to the form, I will be able to confirm the details on the form against the details you provide to me and sign your form to make the relevant confirmation.
Yes. I try to be flexible with my appointment times and days in order to fit in around your other commitments.
No. So long as you have the documents with you that I need to verify, we can make the appointment quite short in duration.
I am not licenced to offer conveyancing services so unfortunately will not be able to assist you with a guarantee document.
