Remotely notarising your power of attorney is an option if you have a witness available in person to attest your signature and your recipient / overseas' public authority has no problem with the notarial certificate being made on the basis of a remote service. The best way to find out is to ask your recipient if they will be happy to use your document if it is prepared without you attending my office in person.
