A power of attorney for use abroad will always require a witness to the signature in order to comply with English law. The law of the recipient may require that you have more than one witness and may also require that those witnesses be in addition to me as a notary. I will always ask you to share your document with me in advance and any instructions you have received from lawyers or the recipient, so we can be clear what is needed before we meet.
